A Laughing Problem

I hope they never find a cure

According to my friends, I have a problem.

I’m always “giggling” to myself, and they are absolutely right.

Throughout my day, I’ll always be laughing for one reason or another. But I find it difficult to explain why. Sometimes there isn’t a reason at all, which only makes me seem more insane. They can say whatever they want to because I know deep down I’m enjoying myself.

One thing I don’t understand is why it’s so crazy to be smiling all the time. The better question to be asking is why aren’t you laughing? This reputation of perpetually laughing has forced me to hide it sometimes, when I know I shouldn’t. Walking through the packed halls of the library, one hand will stay on my side while the other covers half my face. I can’t help but wonder if doing that just draws more attention.

Oh well.

According to myself, I have a blessing.

I’m always laughing, and half the time I don’t even have a reason.
